The City of Sunset Valley is a happy to present the 2027-2031 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).  The projects included in this plan were developed in collaboration among City Staff, Advisory Committees, City Council and residents. This is a planning document that will be reviewed annually during the budget process.  Project Schedules and funding priorities may be adjusted as conditions, funding opportunities, and community needs evolve.
