Sunset Valley is part of the Community Rating System (CRS), and as such, homeowners receive a discount on flood insurance necessary to obtain financing for things such as a remodel, repair, or purchase. In exchange, Sunset Valley agrees to comply with FEMA regulations in these areas. Understanding FEMA jargon is sometimes tough!
