Host a Festive Display Booth!
Businesses, community groups, and residents are invited to design and host a themed, lighted booth along the trail. Booths can be creative, interactive, or just plain magical. Participation is free—just bring your lights, decorations, and holiday spirit. Awards will be given for creativity and fan favorites.

Important Booth Information (for Participants)

• Theme: Family-friendly décor and activities only.

• Booth Size: 10’x20’. Need more than one? Please note it on your application.

• Setup: Friday, December 12th, between 4:00–7:00 PM and Saturday from 11:00- 3:00 p.m.

• Teardown: After 9:00 PM on Saturday, December 13th.

• Supplies: Bring your own lights, extension cords, décor, and generator. (The City will provide limited power access.)

• Booth Staffing: Just to set up display and tear down.

• Safety: No open flames. All cords must be safely secured.

• Weather Policy: Rain or shine, unless severe weather makes it unsafe.

• Interactivity Encouraged: Think games, treats, photo ops, crafts, or hands-on activities!

• Decorating Contest: Each booth will be judged on Saturday from 5:30-7:30 pm, with winners announced at 8:00 pm. Categories include Most Creative and Best Use of Lights.

✨ Tip: This year, we’re also introducing a Community Light Fight Challenge—streets, neighborhoods, or groups who host booths together will be considered for a special award!

Join us for the inaugural Jingle Bell Trails Holiday Market as part of Sunset Valley's holiday celebration! This exciting new addition to the event will feature a curated market of holiday shopping alongside festive lights, entertainment, and family activities.

The Holiday Market will be open on Friday and Saturday, December 11-12th from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with the Jingle Bell Trails light display and family activities taking place from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. We are seeking vendors offering holiday crafts, handmade goods, seasonal gifts, holiday décor, artwork, specialty retail items, and other unique merchandise. Food vendors are also welcome to apply through this application.

All approved vendors will be assigned a booth location. Vendors are responsible for providing their own 10' x 10' tent, tables, chairs, displays, and any additional supplies needed for their booth. Electricity will be available; however, vendors must provide their own outdoor-rated extension cords and any booth lighting necessary to illuminate their space. There is no application fee to join this market!

Yes! There’s no admission fee.

Where should I enter?

The main entrance for the event is behind Doc's Backyard, follow the path past the playground to enter the winter-wonderland!

Where do I park?
Free parking will be available near the trail; signs will direct you.

Is the event accessible?
The trail is walkable and bike friendly. The trail is paved and there are multiple entrance points. 

Can I bring my pet?
Leashed pets are welcome. Please clean up after them.
