Work Session on Utility Rates and the Utility Fund Operational Subsidy. Residents are invited to participate in the Work Session where the Mayor, City Council, and staff will be discussing the proposed 10-year plan to make the Utility Fund operationally self-sufficient. Also at this Work Session, staff will be presenting to Council a rough draft of a Community Assistance Program for low-income residents, along with information about similar plans in neighboring cities.
